Hello.

I’m Brandy. Content and digital experience leader, marketing strategist, great question asker, vision executor, words shaper.

I have more than 15 years helping brands of all sizes define and execute their marketing strategies, develop their unique value proposition, and tell their story across marketing channels.

Of recent, I have focused on bringing e-commerce excellence to high-profile brands such as Dove, Knorr, Shea Moisture and Degree on Amazon and Walmart, and have been the strategic force behind multiple digital products and experiences, working in collaboration with full product teams and UX designers.

Before all that I was a professional dancer in Chicago and worked in hospitality (see professional dancer). I once asked Harrison Ford if he wanted a cocktail shrimp. (He declined.) I dream of being the next bestselling author and making daily Caprese salads from my garden.

  • Creation of strategic omnichannel brand strategies across digital ecosystems and ideation for best-in-class digital experiences. Pairs well with content strategy.

  • Answering what is the market opportunity, who is our key audience, what problem do they need to solve, what solution can we provide?

  • Creating optimized content and content strategies for retailer and DTC ecommerce platforms through the lens of a shopper funnel and their omni-shopper journey. Expertise in Amazon Brand Stores, PDPs, Instacart Brand Pages and Walmart Connect Brand Shops.

  • Bringing content strategy together in a way that serves the user and gives content and design a clear and usable system. Pretty sure I couldn’t tell you the difference between it and content strategy but I know other people will.

  • Where it all started. UX writing, SEO-optimized product pages, long-form, headlines, pages of novels that go unseen, poetry, screenplays… if there are words, I can get it done and make a plan to optimize it for search.
